Here we are and it’s the second issue of Bare Facts!

Lets get right to it! We presented some issues last time, but I have to say that this one should set you on fire

How STUPID are the governments of the world? You have to be pretty stupid when you bite the hand that feeds you-Right? The fuel prices are ridiculous, especially when we have capped wells. The only reason our fuel prices are so high is because the oil companies base everything on GREED! The Heads of government allow this because they get kickbacks from the oil companies. Fuel affects everyone and everything! People who work at low paying jobs are not going to be able to get to work. Those who have high paying jobs may lose them through the trickle down effect. If people can’t afford to go to work, and companies go into receivership because the have no markets and no consumers, then governments will not receive taxes which pay politicians salaries, perks etc, which could mean the demise of governments period - which wouldn’t be a bad thing----but this just goes to show how greedy and stupid our representatives are!

Yes the people are the government but lately the people we elect think that they are GOD, that they make our decisions for us. Lets get back to DEMOCRACY or do you remember what that is? Democracy is a system in which the people (that means you and me) should have the opportunity to vote on anything that affects our lives on a daily basis. We at present live in a dictatorship. Heads of governments the world over tell us what they're doing and what they plan on doing and we, the people, are to follow like sheep! In upcoming issues I will delve more into the rights and freedoms we have lost and ones that we are about to lose!

Obama is the next big thing, maybe the first black president. How do you feel about this, give me your comments.

 I feel for Obama. I don’t think he's put everything in perspective. Racism is still out there and there are still a lot of extremely powerful anti African American groups who would not like to see the first black president. University students of all races were interviewed  and the stated the same concerns as I.

Pet Peeve for this week: George W Bush (Haven’t you ever wondered what the W stands for. I’ve come up with a lot—none complimentary) Did you know that Bush wants to drill for oil in a wildlife reserve in Alaska but congress won’t approve it! Guess not George…what the hell did you invade Iraq for? Just make IRAQ the next state of the U.S.
